PROPERTY CONVERSION, CIVIL RIGHTS, DATA-COLLECTION
On February 19th, March 27th, and April 8th of 2026, I discovered new physical evidence in my “intercollegiate student confidentiality issues” case extending outside of college campuses, coincidentally located in the current business of the SLT City government (Doc. #1 pg. 3; 23D-23E in Section 5 of Doc. #2). However, after trying to file court documents on May 5th of 2026, I have essentially been battling with the court since then over what constitutes proper service of documents, effective and efficient management of case costs, and whether any affected party has standing under CA CCP 382 like it says!
Historically, gentrification in any region targets the most powerless and underrepresented communities first. In South Lake Tahoe, the "Stateline Looproad project" intends to replace affordable housing in a traditionally Hispanic and Filipino neighborhood off of Pioneer Trl. with luxury resort properties while displacing the residents. Locals altogether have been rejecting this development project since before many were even born. A large percentage of houses in the target neighborhood have been strategically bought by people who are wealthy enough to have already restored and remodeled them over the last ten years.
The City plans to develop an apartment complex nearby, on a former environmental restoration site at the corner of Pioneer Trl. and Echo Rd. This so-called public improvement project seeks to categorize any local who is not a wealthy vacationer as an "underrepresented community," but consistent with the norm, local Hispanics and Filipinos have been selected as the first groups subject to public deceit. Please see the info sheet for more info.
THEREFORE, I plan to seek class-action relief for the newly-discovered causes of action in my existing case, which happen to also violate the rights of every resident on the south-shore of the Lake Tahoe basin. The rights in question include CA Const. Art. I Secs. 1, 7, 19 on due process; CA Const. Art. I Secs. 3, 8, 9, 13, Art. II Sec. 1, Art. XX Sec. 1.5 on discrimination of social classes; and CA Const. Art. XI Sec. 13, Art. XXXIV Sec. 1, CA Gov 54950 on public access and public comment.
Please send a digitally-signed "CA CCP 382 Release" to beyondnewboundaries@gmail.com without joining the lawsuit, and please consider how your rights to due process, equal protection of law, public access, and even health are effected even if you do not live within City limits.
