On February 19th, March 27th, and April 8th of 2026, I discovered new physical evidence in my “intercollegiate student confidentiality issues” case extending outside of college campuses, coincidentally located in the current business of the SLT City government (Doc. #1 pg. 3; 23D-23E in Section 5 of Doc. #2). My case involves the admission of authentic audio recordings as evidence, substantial evidence of “stalking” for reasons that are evidently related to my academic freedom, and which can be traced back to public officials in way too many instances! Because of the nature of my case, I am also seeking restitution, subpoenas, and injunctions for irreparably injuries to the primary purposes of my academic freedom as a criminal justice student as shown by intellectual attachments from more than a decade of my time and efforts.
THEREFORE, I plan to seek class-action relief for the newly-discovered causes of action in my existing case, which happen to also violate the rights of every resident on the south-shore of the Lake Tahoe basin. The rights in question include CA Const. Art. I Secs. 1, 7, 19 on due process; CA Const. Art. I Secs. 3, 8, 9, 13, Art. II Sec. 1, Art. XX Sec. 1.5 on discrimination of social classes; and CA Const. Art. XI Sec. 13, Art. XXXIV Sec. 1, CA Gov 54950 on public access and public comment.
Consistent with CA CCP 382, any injured party may waive costs, appear remotely, and obtain representation by signing the following forms and sending the filled out versions back to beyondnewboundaries@gmail.com once they become available. (37A) Members of the SLT City Council have been taking active measures to oppose the rights of City constituents to be reasonably well-informed about the conversion or modification of property rights at City Council meetings, subject to CA GOV 65584.04(d) since the beginning of 2025
(37B) SLT City resources are providing planning and development incentives and advantages to four potential “FRCP 11(b)(3) and 26” defendants listed in point 23D above in order to develop Sugar Pine Village at 1888 Lake Tahoe Blvd., “Motel 6” at 2375 Lake Tahoe Blvd., and a past environmental restoration site at 3900-3909 Lake Tahoe Blvd
(37E) Members of the SLT City Council taking active measures to oppose public access in regard to public comment period inconsistent with CA GOV 54953.4(d) and 54943.8(b)(6), with varying elements of personal microaggression consistent with CA GOV 36512(b) for an unknown length of time.
(43A) A long, premeditated pattern of transit arrangements under the authority of the City of South Lake Tahoe has been used to facilitate counterproductive and malicious “cluster-based planning and development” at an unknown total number of regional housing development projects and at the US HWY 50-CA Rt. 89 intersection since 2022.
(43G) City of South Lake Tahoe partnerships have announced a cluster-based project plan for “permanent supportive housing” to maliciously and manipulatively harm actual cost-per-unit spending on publicly-funded housing projects as defined by CFR T.24 S.578.3.
(87A) The elements in points above express the interest of residents of the south-shore of the Lake Tahoe basin in regard to "active measures of cluster-based planning and development” in contravention of 2025 City Strategic Priority #1 as established between the City of South Lake Tahoe Strategic Plan for 2025-2030 and language used in SLTCC 6.20.010(B) and 6.15.150, and such measures constitute causes for action consistent with CA CCP 382.
