"Recall All Rigged Elections" Class Action

20+ years of precedent has thrown the office of President into a state of categorical disqualifiability.  Statutory succession (3 USC 19) is unconstitutional because Amd. X prohibits the federal government from usurping the Amd. XXV power.  As a result, only the collective body of the States can fill a presidential vacancy in the case where the office of the Vice President is also vacant.  Furthermore, the potential case at hand is not so simple.  Investigations and investigations of the investigations shadow our politics right now with sensational soundbytes and distracting, mainstream smokescreens.  If Democrats in power are serious, why didn't they investigate how State Dept policy likely contributed to one million coronavirus deaths?  If Republicans in power are so serious, why do I feel like I am coining so many new "constitutional accountability" terms for the first time on this website?  The perpetual failure of govt to obey its own laws creates a constitutional-crisis level need for legal action.  Americans alive during most generations technically never had the opportunity to consent to or reject the boundless, growing body of "breathing immunities" to constitutional law today.  Just imagine the clarity for separation of powers if we had an extremely limited, "national" government separate from "federal" collections of bureaucracy amongst the States, like our founders intended.  What other initial remedies exist than to examine our elections for a solution and instruct our public servants to hold a sunsetting Art. V convention, with the ability to test our results before finalizing them?  I would have already filed for historic, class-action constitutional accountability relief if not for my unworldly, "spy novel" university politics scandal lawsuit, but I have since had the opportunity to have ALREADY pleaded on how its consequences may be INJURIOUS to TENS OF MILLIONS OF AMERICANS!!! ​
We will use our rights in court to make the global elite hold the first constitutional recall and conventions in history in order to lawfully correct a whole generation of "sitting presidencies" and reinforce clarity in existing constitutional law and order!  And let us constitutionally enforce the supreme law of the land because we already know that govt does not enforce it upon itself!
